Next Monday, October 28, 2024, cars with yellow stickers and license plate endings 5 and 6, as well as hologram 1 or 2, must stay at home in the State of Mexico and the 16 municipalities of Mexico City, according to the Hoy No Circula program. There will not be a double program that day, as the Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis has not issued an alert for ozone problems or air quality.
The vehicles that will be allowed to circulate this Monday are electric and hybrid cars, those with ecological plates or exempt hologram type, those with hologram "00" or "0", private vehicles of health personnel with valid credentials, as well as school transport, funeral services, cars for disabled individuals with special permits, and public service vehicles complying with relevant checks.
Additionally, motorcycles with valid Tourist Passes, cars with red, blue, pink, and green stickers, and those with permits granted by the Ministry of the Environment will also be able to circulate without restrictions. It is important to follow these guidelines to contribute to the reduction of pollution in case of environmental contingencies.
